Rebuilding The World | Staff Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a staff member!

As a staff member, you’ll help keep the roleplay running smoothly and make it enjoyable for everyone. This includes:

Helping organize and run events that keep players engaged.
Ensuring the Discord server rules are followed and stepping in when conflicts arise.
Working with players to keep the roleplay’s lore and history consistent.
Being an approachable, supportive presence in the community.

The two staff roles

When you apply, you’ll be considered for one of two roles, each with a different scope of responsibility:

Helper — Focused on supporting the community: welcoming and assisting new members, answering questions, escalating issues to senior staff when needed, and other tasks that fall under general helpfulness.
Game Master — Everything a Helper does, plus safeguarding the roleplay: making sure no one abuses the Discord’s rules or exploits the website, running events, and handling anything else that logically falls under keeping the roleplay fair, active, and enjoyable.
